چکیده

Determining the leptin level in patients with abdominal obesity without signs of insulin resistance is necessary for stratifying into groups normal (metabolically neutral obesity) and increased adipokine activity. Objective — To compare prevalence metabolic disorders cardiovascular remodeling young middle-aged men "metabolically healthy" neutral" obesity. Material methods observational sample survey 590 aged 38.5±5.6 years was conducted. Average body weight assessed on301 (the control group). Obesity determined 289 patients: among them, criteria syndrome were diagnosed 134 study participants, metabolically healthy (MHO) 155 men, 86 from MHO levels <3.5 ng/ml constituted group. All evaluated by a lipidogram, adipokine, glycemic profiles, ultrasound examination heart carotid arteries. Results Criteria determined: gain >30 kg/m2 presence no more than two ng/ml. The type characterized better lipid profile, which confirmed lower frequency dyslipidemia (1.7 times); prediabetes 7% half as low obesity; atherosclerosis arteries 1.5 times less common Conclusion selection justified since it allows us to determine stage disease at still minimal non-drug prevention necessary.
